More than an inventory management tool, GeoTrak® was designed to contain the information clients need to manage their outdoor programs on a daily basis. Integrating market intelligence, account management and interactive client access, the GeoTrak® system is a powerful keeper of information and a revolutionary way to manage outdoor advertising.

Geographic Management

Buntin Out-of-Home Media and our clients analyze and review outdoor programs via map interface. By simply entering an address, clients can zoom in and out to view location positions, existing contracts and digital billboard pictures in detail.

Historical Maintenance Tracking

The Historical Maintenance Tracking module monitors all maintenance issues and contains all communication – phone, fax, email – with vendors. The system automatically notifies the operations team of maintenance problems and contains a history of all past issues, which gives Buntin Out-of-Home Media a great advantage when negotiating future rates.

Renewal Tracking

When a contract is up for renewal, GeoTrak® maintains up-to-the-minute information so as a renewed contract moves from Buntin Out-of-Home Media to the client for review, the status is immediately updated in GeoTrak®. This information allows the management team to find potential upgrades for boards that have rate increases or chronic maintenance issues.

Notification System

One of the key benefits of GeoTrak® is the “wish list” that can be generated through the software. Buntin Out-of-Home Media monitors our clients’ “dream” locations so when they become available, we have first-mover advantage to capitalize on these opportunities.

RFP Tracking

Any RFP entered into GeoTrak® is monitored, and information such as recent availability or storm damage generates an RFP for the field service team to start an investigation. As field managers communicate with vendors, the information is captured in GeoTrak® so management teams and clients are constantly kept up-to-date on progress.

Watchdog Program

At Buntin Out-of-Home Media, clients are invited to stay involved and personally participate in the management of their outdoor programs. With a unique “watchdog” program through GeoTrak®, clients can check our work and confirm that the quality of their outdoor is meeting expectations.
